Visit the Miramar studio

SMILE-FX® is at 11225 Miramar Pkwy, STE B285, Miramar, FL 33025. Call (954) 824-9707. Board-certified orthodontists see every patient, including follow-ups, so the discussion connects an appliance choice with a responsible clinician and continuing care.

Bring your priorities and any existing proposal

You can explain why less-visible placement matters to you and what you want to understand about speaking, cleaning or the proposed tooth-movement goal. If another clinician has supplied a proposal or records, bring what you already have so the conversation can address that actual recommendation.

For a teen's care, the teen's preferences and the parent or guardian's practical and financial questions both belong in the conversation. The orthodontist assesses the situation and explains the options; an appearance preference alone does not select an appliance.

Consider the journey alongside the care arrangements

If you are considering a drive from elsewhere in Florida, discuss the actual review and contact arrangements as well as the visit. The practice is in Miramar; this guide does not describe other offices or a virtual initial consultation.

The written proposal should explain the intended work, clinician responsibility, reviews, retention, financial inclusions and any separate dental services. A free consultation request does not confirm personal suitability, that treatment or imaging is included, or the number of future journeys.

For a current appliance or treatment concern

Use your treating team's established contact route and individual instructions. Explain the concern and ask how it should be reviewed. A new-patient consultation request does not replace that current care arrangement or provide appliance-adjustment directions.
